Mother's Day is all about showing the wonderful woman in your life just how much you appreciate her. Adding her favourite Martini to your brunch menu can make the day extra special.
1. The Breakfast Martini
Best enjoyed with a slice of marmalade toast and perfect before 10am, the Breakfast Martini.
BREAKFAST MARTINI RECIPE:
· 50 ml Gin
· 15 ml Cointreau
· 15 ml fresh lemon juice
· 1 full bar spoon of thin-cut orange marmalade
Method: Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and stir to dissolve the marmalade, add ice. Shake and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Grate some orange peel over the top for a zesty kick.
2. Espresso Martini
Upgrade the cappuccino by adding a caffeine kick to her morning, with a Tipple Box fav, the Espresso Martini.
ESPRESSO MARTINI RECIPE:
· 25ml Espresso
· 50ml Vodka
· 25ml Coffee Liqueur
· 25ml Sugar Syrup
Garnish - Coffee Beans
Method: Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake then strain into a chilled Martini glass.

One of her five a day, the passion fruit juice is key ingredient and the 25ml of vodka certainly makes it more interesting than the morning OJ. Add a shot of prosecco to make it extra special.
PORNSTAR MARTINI RECIPE:
· 25ml Vodka
· 25m Passion Fruit Liqueur
· 50ml Passion Fruit Juice
· 10ml Sugar Syrup
· Passion Fruit Puree (Optional)
· Champagne/Prosecco (Optional)
Method: Shake all ingredients together with ice then fine strain into a chilled Martini glass. Serve with a shot glass of Champagne (or Prosecco) on the side.
4. Classic Gin Martini

Gin MARTINI RECIPE:
· 40ml Gin
· 10m Dry Vermouth
· A twist of lemon peel or a green pitted olive with brine
Method: Shake the gin and vermouth together with ice then fine strain into a chilled Martini glass. Add a dash of bitters (optional). Garnish with an olive or twist of lemon.
