In 2003, father and daughter team Kerr Dunlop and Flo Broughton were crafting in the kitchen making presents for the family. 

Filling rubber moulds shaped as noughts and crosses with chocolate, the duo created homemade delicious gifts in Rode Village near Bath.

With their family gifts well received, the duo devised a business idea and made their way to a trade show in Birmingham.

Returning with orders from shops to stock their chocolatey treats, they quickly bought equipment and self-learnt how to make chocolate, adopting a unique method.

Their original idea of layering chocolate on top of chocolate allowed them to create intricate designs and so the term ‘Chocolate on Chocolate’ was born, a new method which is now patented by the brand.

With its chocolate business booming, Choc on Choc relocated to a bigger premises with chocolate making equipment and a full-time team, but despite the big move, the company prides itself on making its chocolates by hand with 63,000 chocolates produced per week!
